I agree with 4, but take out Crouch and add in Owen and classify him as an ex-WC until he has a good injury free season.

But Rio, Gerrard, & Rooney are WC in my book (I define someone as WC if he is among the top 5 players in his position).

How could you leave France out ?!!!......The Italians might have beat us in the standings of the qualifying section.
