SAF has promised to paly a total different squad in Rome due to having secured the 1st place in the group.
With resting all the 1st-team players, it is time for the reserve team to take this job. Chinese international Dong is to make his debut in European battle fields.
IMHO, it is his vital turning point to reverse his situation at this stage.
Speaking specificlly,if he makes it, the day after tomorrow, will SAF attach more attention to him. If he fails, will he be out on loan next year.
He's not younger anymore and Home fans are getting bored with crocks of hype going for him.

He's played well for the reserves , a loan out to a championship club isnt bad that will help him in his career which maybe not at OT.

Dong is unlikely to start, given that Saha and Rooney both need matches.

are roma playing a weakened team also? if coventry can beat utd's kids at OT, a full strength roma could give them a serious pasting in the olympico.
