Maybe Robben would be deemed a flop as he's not played much due to injury, jury still out on Sneijder though impressive start then taed aways but has been back in the team. The rest at this moment in time I would deem success, haven't seen much of Silva (too many, which one) oh Henry & Pepe well like Sneijder theres question marks IMO.

Best - Ribery, no doubt about that. I wish Inter had got him!!!
Worst - Pepe, Robben, henry - they haven't done anything yet, the jury is still out on them.

Clearly Ribéry, followed by Torres and Anderson, who've done pretty well given their insane price tags.

I take it Silva is Eduardo, although it raises the question of transfer fee again. I personally don't think it was €24m, more likely closer to half that, but that's going off on another tangent. To be honest, most of the players listed haven't played enough yet to make a solid impression. Too many injury-hit players on the list. I've been impressed with Torres, Ribery, Forlan and Anderson though, and Eduardo is beginning to make a real impact now after a slow start.

Bar Ribery nobody made a real impression so far. Based on price I say Robben as the biggest flop..based on name I say Henry.

Here's my ranking in order...I also don't believe Eduardo was that high, so I'll ignore him and put Simao instead.

    1. Torres
    2. Anderson
    3. Ribery
    4. Forlan
    5. Simao
    6. Pepe
    7. Sneijder
    8. Henry

Where would Eduardo be in that list, if he was valued that high?

I'd probably put him in 5th ahead of Simao.

It's all slightly academic at this stage given that there's no point comparing Hargreaves, Robben, Eduardo etc with pople who've played far more. And given how much Eduardo actually cost he has no place in a list like this.

    ok
And while Pepe has not played much when he has played he has done well. he was imo motm against Barcelona but he has been injuried alot and bar the bremen game hasnt played a bad game this season. it would be better to compare players who have played alot of matches but still not delivered.

Has Ribery been that impressive? He was inspirational for the first few matches but his performance has dropped with the rest of the team recently...
I'd definitely put Anderson and Torres in front of him.

Yeah i';m not sure about the hoopla around Ribery. I've watched last 5 Bayern matches and he really hasn't wowed me. I mean he displays some good moves in patches here and there and is probably the standout player for Bayern, but not by much and not enough to merit him being above for instance Torres.

After making Eto'o his personal bitch in the clasico the least Pepe should get is a "too soon to judge". In the last several games Pepe has looked world class and if he keeps performing like that he will no doubt become one of the best CBs in the world. Is he worth 30 million Euros? Considering how long we have been looking for a CB like him he'd probably justify the price tag IF he keeps performing like this. Given that this is his first season in La Liga you'd think he can only get better.

Robben is a different story. I was against his signing from the beginning and his Mr. Glass pricetag looks to be spot on. I'm willing to give him another year to see if he stays fit but I'm very skeptical. What worries me the most is that every time he's gotten injured it hasn't even been due to a rough challenge. I can only imagine what would happen to him if the likes of Mikel tackle him from behind. Robben will probably turn cripple for life.
