    I remember Parks mentioned this way back in the season when Pako left and Liverpool's form first began to falter...yesterday I posted something similar to this article, pointing out that Benitez has suddenly had a bit too much on his hands. Some more backing points (like Ferguson's lack of success without a number 2...though that is also down to other factors like injuries) along with quotes from Benitez on Pako which I had never read before.

    2003/2004 really was an awful season bar the FA cup.
