    31/08/2006 A. Konan-Lecce-Torino-Confirmed-Full Ownership

    Torino completed a hat-trick of signings as Axel Konan left Lecce just minutes before the window closed.

    !!!!!!!!!

    Excellent news - I'm glad he will be in Serie A next season - potentially awesome player.

    Anyone know the fee ???

    Torino could be to Serie A what Portsmouth and Toulouse are to Premiership and Ligue 1 - serious dark horse.

    That is the bestt piece of news I have heard all day!!! Goodbye to bad rubbish! Glad to see Mancio is big enough to admit his mistakes... he is growing, and might become a great coach we were expecting him to become...

    And adriano stays... so overall Inter actually had a good summer... here are my move ratings outta 5:

    5=Excellent move
    3= average Move
    1= Pathetic move

    IN:
    Maicon 5
    Maxwell 3
    Grosso 4
    Vieira 4
    Ibra 3
    Crespo 5
    Mariano Gonzalez 3

    Pizzaro 2
    Cesar 5
    Favalli 5
    Martins 2
    Wome 5
    Miha 3

    Final complete list of transfers done today:

    Milan have signed forward Ricardo Oliveira from Spanish club Betis. Johann Vogel has gone in the other direction.

    Marcio Amoroso has left Milan after six unhappy months with the Rossoneri and has joined Corinthians on a free transfer.

    Milan have also waved goodbye to Pasquale Foggia today. The Under-21 international winger has joined Lazio on loan after spending last year at Ascoli.

    Ascoli have agreed to take Albanian international striker Ervin Skela from German club Kaiserslautern.

    Messina have reinforced their defence with the acquisition of former Juventus and Italy defender Mark Iuliano. He was a free agent after quitting Sampdoria.

    Serie A new boys Catania have taken Walter Garcia from Russian club Rubin Kazan on loan. The 1984-born stopper previously played for San Lorenzo.

    Former Lazio defender Leonardo Jose Talamonti has accepted to join Atalanta after the Bergamo club reached a loan agreement with River Plate.

    Chievo striker Amauri says he has joined Palermo after turning down Udinese. “They’ve been after me for two months and I want to win something important in Sicily,” he said. “We started talks today at 8am...” Chievo will receive around £6.5m and Denis Godeas in return.

    Torino have gone oriental after netting Grenoble attacker Masashi Oguro on a permanent basis. The Japanese international, 26, has signed a two-year contract.

    The Granata have also netted Italian playmaker Stefano Fiore on loan from Valencia.

    Serie B side Treviso have a new goalkeeper after they convinced Fiorentina to loan them Serbian shot-stopper Vlada Avramov.

    Inter have successfully completed the loan capture of Mariano Gonzalez, an Argentine international, from Palermo. Inter have also released Aparecido Cesar to Corinthians.

    Roma have a new defender in the form of Costa Rican international Gilberto Martinez. “We’ve given him to Roma on loan,” said Brescia chief Gino Corioni. “The player deserves the move.”

    Siena have gathered the signature of Palermo defender Leandro Rinaudo. The player has arrived on loan.

    Atalanta have slimmed down their squad as Duccio Innocenti has passed to Albinoleffe and Arezzo have netted Daniele Capelli.

    Roma ended the day by getting rid of two of last summer’s signings in the form of Shabani Nonda and Samuel Kuffour. The first has joined Blackburn on loan, while the defender will wear the Livorno jersey this season.

    The latter have also signed Iranian ace Rahaman Rezai from Messina and Rijeka defender Dario Knezevic.

    Chievo Verona have boosted their midfield with Polish 29-year-old Kamil Kosowski from Kaiserslautern.

    Under-21 midfielder Davide Biondini has left Reggina for Cagliari, with the latter also selling Andrea Cossu to Verona after he agreed a three-year contract.

    Torino completed a hat-trick of signings as Axel Konan left Lecce just minutes before the window closed.

    I think Gonzalez is a very good move, i like him a lot.

    Plus i'm sure you are happy to be rid of the CHINNY BEARD Favalli, but i think he's a crap signing for us, another old defender, complete rubbish player, not Milan quality.

    Inter will be very strong this season, if they can FINALLY get the mentality and personell mix correct then they are certain Serie A contenders and SERIOUS Champions League contenders.

    Milan and Inter will hopefully put Milan on the World Football map again, in Europe we must unite to do our city proud! Hug

    In Serie A, well we remain the best of enemeies Bluenine Wink

    Shame the Jiminez deal never came off, but Foggia's more than adequete in the short-term, before Milan realise they need him at the San Siro.

    There is no space for a winger in the current tactical set-up under Ancelotti, he is too offensively advanced to play in the withdrawn roles like Jankulovski, Serg, Cafu etc.

    A shame because he is an exciting prospect, we simply give away too many because of Carletto's tactical rigidity, we now have Gourcuff for the flair in advanced roles in place of Kaka so there is no space there either.

    You look after him in Rome! Wink Ale

    There is no team I would like Inter to meet more in a CL final than Milan... we have had a euroderby in a CL quaterfinal, in a CL semifinal, and now I hope for the grand finale! Its shocking, but I do hope you do well in the CL... never felt the same about Gobbientus!

    But enemies in Serie A, we are!

    Foggia is one of the hottest Italian prospects, and I am sure he will more than fill the gap created by Behrami's injury... buy him from Milan while you have the chance this winter, give them old Oddo if need be...
