I agree that Kaka needs his body strength to play high level football. His pace and style will suffer in the future, but Ronaldinho is not the best example because he fucked up his body and his career in a way that Kaka wont.

Ronaldinho has a pretty hard lifestyle, he misses practices, doesn’t care for his fit level and is no surprise to see him playing so badly. Kaka will always care for his physical conditions, thats is an important detail.

That is true, but i do think he will suffer a big dip in form in order to extend the longevity of his career.

Actually, I kind of agree with this. I think Kaka is the kind of player who peaks early. By 29 ish, he will be half the force he is. His game is heavily reliant on pace, and he is not the typical Brazilian when it comes to close ball control.

Rui Costa, Zidane etc. flourished for so long because they laid down the perfect pass from almost stationary positions. Kaka is a lot more direct and needs to run at defences.
