I would think that the Premiership player would have to be Under eighteen - otherwise can't see why he can't be named for legal reasons.

Apologies Goater. Should have made it clearer. I knew the blackmailer had been named; it's the target that hasn't been for legal reasons. Timms was released by Cambridge after a brief spell there recently.
