Missed Ulli on the balcony...

just spoke with someone, who came back. The Stadhuisplein (square on the back) was closed, so people could only stand on the Coolsingel (street going to left and right). Still 10000s of people...

Same here, still pretty busy for a Monday morning, although for the kids its holiday...friend just called..the daft c**t thought it started later he just gave me a call to tell the city was death. Pubs remain closed hence I guess many people left so early

Did you enjoy it Sunday? didn't go myself, we watched it with extended family. Glad the kids got something to celebrate, they've been complaining the past few months: "Daddy I don't like it when we lose", like I can do something about it...

Yeah was amazing, with the beautiful weather there was a great atmosphere. The march from stadhuisplein to the Kuip was brilliant, you should have seen the looks of the "normal" people

Best chant yesterday...when we were at the bridge, a Chinese guy passed the big march...the march responded with LEE LEE LEE LEE LEE LEE

Yep it was their first time (oldest are 4). Was very nervous (even more about their potential disappointment than the Cup itself). Luckily after the 2-0 I felt comfortable all match.

Very funny about that Chinese guy.

Looking forward to the Jublilee tournament & the first round of the UEFA Cup. Hope we get a decent draw (Iceland's Cup winner or something like that). Confident we can pass the group stage, once we've qualified.


Hope we have a good summer transferwise. Bit gutted we should give all our players to the Olympic team, while PSV & the club which finishes 2nd do not have to do it. Hope everybody returns without injuries.

Because the CL playoffs are so early in the season *only* the team playing those would be exempt....I thought that was the rule.

Are you sure PSV can keep it's players too (without Aissati we don't stand a chance) ?

This was organised by the city & the club. They know by now that to much upbeat music can lead to problems. In the early 90s the fanclub convinced the club to have a prematch DJ playing house/techno. It was planned for Ajax v Feyenoord & they did a trial run in a European Cup match v Spurs. They had put up loads of additional speakers, was nearly hardcore party volume... Was great everybody completely insane (even the older people); Spurs fans were totally amazed, they had no clue about what was happening, when the DJ started mixing in the 2nd record (1st was 101 - Rock to the beat), they all started jumping too. It was such a success, they decided not to do it to the same degree v Ajax & never did it again. Pity, if it was up to me we have a prematch DJ (a real one, not the guy playing the prematch music now) for everymatch. Good to pump up the crowd
