A firm yes, because he clearly did have it, and some of his best work really was hilarious. But he lost it some time ago and even his fellow Germans and honourary Germans alike are distancing themselves.
This fall from grace could only be topped if, say, Fey suddenly stopped being funny. But that ain't gonna happen.

You never know, what if Fey was using the humour as some sort of reaction to how awful dutch football looked right up until this tournament... now that they're playing sensational stuff
