No doubt everyone (probably except Portuguese fans) will be watching Turkey-Czech Republic, and hoping it goes to a draw so we can all enjoy the novelty of a penalty shootout in a tournament group stage. And no extra time to prolong the wait either Ale

I think Turkey will win it, without pens. The last minute winner will have been a huge boost, and Czech haven't been great (although they gave Portugal a decent game)

Not sure how i am going to be able to watch the Turkey vs Czech match.

As i am in Switzerland, and there is a massive portugese population here as well. so there is no chance anywhere will show the Czech game. Sad

Will the Portugese field a weakened line-up ?

    Strange.

Channel splits are ITV/ITV4 and BBC/BB3 instead of BBC/ITV that I'd have expected.

Don't think anything concrete has been confirmed, just that some players will be rested (rumoured to be Ronaldo, Nuno Gomes, Deco etc)

I hate Turls, living and even be born in this country and still waving their c**t flag and supporting their $h!t team. Piss of!

Although a Germany-Turkey would be lovely!

Not if the Germans don't top the group it won't!

I quite like them play football the right way with good technical players in the side. Passionate support as well although I think quarters is very much their limit because of their suspect defence.

That Servet Cetin guy at the back is a monster! Reminds me of that guy who was in the Longest Yard and now plays The Great Kali in WWE.

Nope, I'd like the Czechs to win.

They did us a favour in 2004 and have been playing *great* football for a decade.

Even though they're over the hill they deserve my support for that Ale

Cech should wear different masks, that way the players are scared of him when they take the penalty.

Czechs start Koller in stead of Baros. Hope the Czech tactics reflect that choice. Koller is only useful if they can make him play a lot in & around the box. If they really take the game to the Turks, we could be in for a great match. Wouldn't mind a draw... PENALTIES!

See the turks have replaced Emre Asik who has been poor. Still don't get Altintop as RB when they have Sarioglu. I don't even think Altintop has been that good.
