Now, everything else being the same (previous offenses like the McDonald's incident, being a c**t and all), but the name is let's say Nigel Reo-Coker instead of Barton, and instead of Dabo the victim is Gareth Barry, you bet Reo-Coker gets the max 5 years in the slammer.

Since I don't like the guy, considering that I think he's nasty, self absorbed, remorseless, not to mention bad at football, I would be happy to see him get another three months if not more. The only outcome I really hope for is one which means that we sack Barton from our football club.
Here is footage of the attack he's already in jail for:

You just took me back to my college years with your "examples". A white American friend in college told me how the American judicial system was biased towards blacks when OJ Simpson was found not guilty. "Fuck that man, that n****r is guilty, the system is biased towards blacks". For every OJ Simpson there's hundreds of Joe Rednecks walking free after commiting rapes, assaulting others, and murders. Look it up! Even Huckabee pardon a Joe Redneck after a killing.
One isolated case involving a celebrity like OJ is enough for the likes of you to say the judicial system isn't all for whites. Here, I'm handing back your ass on a platter to you Kimbo bro!
Ex-Toon defender Distin in trouble over absence
Jul 1 2008
FORMER Newcastle United defender Sylvain Distin has been ordered to appear before a court to explain his absence from the Joey Barton case.
The Frenchman was supposed to attend Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on Monday ahead of his former Manchester City team-mate’s assault trial.
Distin was one of several players who witnessed the training ground attack on Ousmane Dabo.
But the 6ft 4in Portsmouth defender failed to respond to a summons served personally by a police officer, and then laughed at a detective who phoned him on the weekend before the trial.
Detective Constable Stuart Brown, who led the Barton investigation, said he rang Distin’s mobile and got a UK dialling tone.
But the 30-year-old footballer answered and said he was on holiday in Greece and was not prepared to return for the trial.
Det Con Brown said: "He laughed at me and said, ’You can lock me up for 10 years, I’m not coming back’.
"He said couldn’t remember the incident and that he had helped us by giving a statement."
He confronted him about the dialling tone but Distin maintained he was in Greece and could provide evidence he was there.
Distin, who made 28 appearances in the black and white while on loan during the 2001-02 season, went on to say that he felt he was the criminal in this case.
Det Con Brown rang him again on Monday and Distin informed him he was prepared to give evidence by video conference from Greece.
The detective explained to him again that he was made aware of the trial many weeks ago and had to attend.
Richard Vardon, prosecutor in the Barton case, had suggested that a warrant for Distin's arrest should be issued because he was in contempt of court.
Judge Mushtaq Khokhar decided not to impose the warrant, but ordered that he must attend Minshull Street Crown Court on July 14 to explain his absence.

Both of us guessed correctly that Barton was gonna walk. Let me ask you since you live in England, AND can correctly guess the outcomes. What happens if everything stays the same in this Barton case, the defendant has a similar horrible background and precedent such as the McDonald's incident where he beat up a kid. Let's say instead of Barton, such "odious" character, such "thug" in this case is Huddlestone, he is the defendant.
Moreover, the victim of this attack happens to be Woodgate, you know just like in the Barton case, Huddlestone continued to pummel Woody while he was already unconscious in front of the shocked teammates.
Yo TS! you seem to have a good grasp of things, do you think the English judicial system lets Huddlestone walk just like they did with Barton?
I think they give Huddlestone the max 5 years in the big house "just to make an example of him". What do you say?
