CL Group Stage draw

To be held on Thursday (tomorrow)...anyone know what time?

Who does everyone want to get/avoid?

I'm praying we're getting FC Twente !

Hmm...I support Roma for the Chmpions League (they are the team I want to win it).

So hopefully they can avoid Manchester United again. I'd like them to get an English club though. Preferrably Liverpool...so I can wind my girlfriend up by wearing a Roma shirt. Infact...preferrably any big team/team I have a shirt of to play Liverpool .

5pm - 6pm GMT.

Anyone know why it happens to be at such an obscure time? The UEFA Cup draw is on Friday around midday, so why couldn't they do it then like they normally would.

Probably part of the conferences/festivities they have that evening before the SUper Cup the next day.

Fenerbahce will be a bad draw for any Spanish side, with Aragones and Guiza.

It goes both ways, in 03/04 when we won it with Mourinho you were in our group, so i guess you can say one of the two wins it.

Since there is no Schalke for revenge i want Atletico de Madrid so we can "greet" the mercenary Assunção at Dragão.

Don´t care about the rest of the group. If we are good enough we should qualify, else we do not deserve it.

Our record in Germany is awful (although this contradicts the Schalke selection, Schalke was one of the weak links in a strong pot)

Didn't mention Atletico. They're in the 4th pot with Fenerbahce, who have an excellent home record (so likely to drop points there).

It is hard to pick one anyway, plenty of good teams

As long as we avoid Atletico, I am ok with any draw.... Atletico could complicate things, specially if the pot 2 team is someone like Bayern.

Ideally, I would like Inter to get a big team from pot 2 (bayern) and easy teams from pot 3 & 4. Not only does that make qualification simpler (as the other big team also eats away the points from small teams) but also it give you early exposure against a top side.

Would be good to see another Juve - Man Utd match, though shame that Lippi isn't with them anymore. We havn't seen Man Utd - Bayern in a long time either.

I don't really care as long as we get (at least) Ribery and Demichelis back and don't lose anybody else to injury.

For Inter, i think they'll just want to avoid Bayern from pot 2 and Atletico from pot 4. All the other teams shouldn't be too much of a problem for them.

Juve will probably hope for Lyon in pot 1 and hope to avoid Atletico in pot 4. Same for Roma.

Fiorentina will probably hope for PSV or Sporting in pot 2 and will definitely want to avoid Bayern. In pot 1 Lyon is the team to get, and pot 3 seems quite even, real stand out teams there.

For Barça, teams in each pot I don't mind facing:

Pot 2: PSV or Sporting...though I wouldn't mind having another big team and glamour tie if the Pot 3 and 4 teams are weak.

Pot 3: Steaua, Pana (return of Ten Cate), Basel, Bordeaux

Pot 4: Anyone (we already beat Fiorentina in a pre-season friendly...but if we got them as well as a strong Pot 2 team, then it may be a little complicated).

Bizarre.

I wouldn't mind Bayern, their team seems slow and predictable.

Rio and Vidic would have no problems with Toni and Klose.
