    Sweden - Portugal.

0-0. but interesting to look at, when Cristiano gets the ball, he couldn't fucking pass to Quaresma who is clean through, releases it when he is offside! Pathetic! Similarly, Ibra gets the ball, and shoots it bang without even checking other options. Though it was straight on target. Moreover, can't take the diving from Portugese c**ts. Hate them! (oh, except Pepe of course)

Danny on for Portugal. Nani off, who was abysmal as usual.

Pepe = Class as usual. Ibra can't get past him!

One should check out the Quaresma-Cristiano duo, and the way they play together. Both seem to get hold of the ball as soon as Portugal get freekick, and in any case, they dive and catch the ball immediately. Desperate pricks!

Another wasteful "attempt" by Quaresma! Wow, no team players in portugal I'm afraid. I say Danny should get on end of the ball in final third.

Romania are looking totally different this half, the combination Gourcuff, Ribery Henry Benzema look really promising. Totally Zizouesque this goal from Gourcuff.

Arshavin is either not-so-great or amazing. No offence, that's how the opinions change.

Anyway, Ribery should have scored after great work by Henry, Evra and gourcuff. Teary has had another good game for Les Blues.

Yes, very good game from Henry and much much better half from the whole team. Romania must have something like 15% possession in this second half.

It'd be interesting when Nasri and Ben Arfa perform well. Benzema is the only one who seems to be completely inconsistent for France so far. He's still great for Lyon. Good news is he has not attained his peak for Lyon this season thus far. Best is yet to come from him.

I agree. Often his performances are lackluster, but when he feels like it he can make anybody look silly.

    FT 2-1

Big win for Germany and a very impressive debut by Rene Adler, future world goalkeeper of the year.

Mexes-Gallas on paper is a strong partnership, but they have failed so far. Moreover, Abidal and Boumsong shouldn't be anywhere near the first 18! So, who should be the pair? I can't think of anyone. Neutral

Still better than Boumsong though. The French defense sucks... mmm it reminds me Marseille and Lyon, same stuff.
