Ugh, should of been 1-1 the US scored off of a free kick but due to an El Salvadorian offside trap its ruled offside, even though one El Salvadorian player forgets about the trap and plays all the US players onside.

2-2 FT the El Salvador team was helarious, they started time killing in the 35th minute when their keeper recieved a yellow card for time wasting. they tried to waste more time than I've ever seen in a match before, most of it was bs. One player was "injured" all of a foot and a half from the touchline. the ref came over and told to move, but he wouldn't until two of his teamates dragged him off the pitch and he promptly stood up.

Looks a very tough group. Belgium have lot's of talent, but Bosnia have some very good player too. Personally, I think they'd give anyone a game atm.

Group is a bit unfortunate imo. Bosnia, Turkey + Belgium would all add something to the WC.

Bosnia will be the surprise package of that group. I wouldn't be surprised if they take the second spot, ahead of Turkey.

They've got some tidy players in Misimovic, Muslimovic and Ibisevic.

Pff Belgium is just a bunch of criminals that got lucky, they'll prove themselves as crap in the next game.

Bosnia though cheers they've had war experience and know how to bite.

Poor Belgium..and the flares...they really havent learned from the Heinzel drama!

Would be great if Bosnia makes the WC and then draw Serbia, they know how to deal with them Ale

Also..wtf is going on with Portugal...and with Sweden as well...look at their goal difference! Oh well, Denmark is more fun anyway.

Hungary are perhaps in a bit of a false position at this stage, being second in Group 1 - their wins have come against Albania, Malta, and Albania again, so they've already played three of their four games against the weak teams in the group. They do have some good players, and I think they can finish in the top two places in the group; but they haven't had an exceptional result yet. Denmark got a good win away to Portugal last September, so they're looking pretty strong.

Portugal haven't had the easiest fixtures to this point, but they've had some poor results - they drew 0-0 home and away against Sweden, which is boring but fair enough; but they lost at home to Denmark, and only drew at home to Albania. Against Sweden on Saturday, they looked even more toothless than they have been in the past. Nuno Gomes and Pauleta were never the most clinical at the head of their 4-3-3, but on Saturday, they played Danny, the Zenit attacking midfielder, as their striker. And Simao and Ronaldo didn't create a lot from the wings; whilst their midfield, of Pepe, Meireles and Tiago, seemed a pretty solid but uninspiring one.

Their left back, Duda, was probably their best attacking weapon - he took all their free-kicks and crossed the ball well from the left. And they picked up a little when Deco came on - Deco at least had a few shots from distance. But they weren't impressive at all throughout the game. Queiroz doesn't seem to be doing a good job - they're under pressure already; I didn't think his starting eleven was the right one. Denmark, Hungary, and Sweden with their game in hand, all have the advantage on Portugal now.

Sweden are just plodding along really, I don't think they have a lot of talent to pick from at the moment. Their centre back, Majstorovic, had a really outstanding game on Saturday; but without Ibrahimovic, there's nothing really in their attack. Larsson is past his best and needs quality movement around him; Elmander is a clumsy forward; Wilhelmsson didn't start, and his career seems to have faded away (he's at a Saudi club at the moment). They played two very average players in the wide positions in a 4-4-2 on Saturday - their job was mainly to defend - Lagerback was happy with a point, and most coaches probably would be happy with a point in Portugal, but he's a negative coach.

You can say that again allthough Morten Olsen has gone a bit away from the dutch inspired 4-3-3 which he has remained loyal to. However the idea is still to keep the ball. Anyway the team is finally starting to show a more clinical side. I like Sweden but would still prefer to have Portugals stars represented at the World Cup allthough I don't think I will lose sleep if they go out.

Wales should have had a clear penalty, and Tasci could have been in real trouble. He slipped over as Ledley ran at him and intentionally handled the ball on the ball. No idea why the referee didn't give the penalty.
