I wouldnt really want Downing to go..its just there are lots of rumours going round currently that, were the right offer to come in, Downing might well be let go..so if there was maybe a money plus Baines deal I wouldnt be surprised if it was considered.

It's possible it can help us building confidence for next home games and we showed again we are in decent form at the moment, but I am unhappy. With 0-0, we basically helped Liverpool more, than we helped ourselves. I would prefer a win (to help fully ourselves), or loss (to hurt Liverpool).
Hoping that Saha will be ready for Christmas/New Year games...

Few weeks before he asked to repeat free kick from around the box 2 times, because defender was going too early for a block. He was criticized by Andy Gray, and when you are criticized by Gray, you know that you are doing well. I remember Luis also liking that call made Dowd at that time...
