What do we think then? Will United slip up? I personally don't think so but it's certainly going to be an interesting last 10 games or so. We can track the progress in this thread at least.

Obviously Villa, City and Arsenal look the teams to cause United most problems from that list whilst Liverpool have Villa and Arsenal as well plus tricky away games at West Ham and Fulham

We'd have to win every single game and I can't see us doing that but this season says that anything is possible!

Chelsea?

Chelsea are of course involved in this race if they win today

I can see United dropping 6 points, however we need them to drop 7.

Can we win all of our games? sure... but we won't because of European commitments, which will be our primary target this season as it is entirely in our hands, whereas the premiership is not.

IMO the title will be decided by Arsenal, Villa and Spurs. I don't think ManC will make it an interesting Derby unless all their player are fit. And West Ham will attack at home allowing Liverpool to pick them off.

One big exclusion - Chelsea.

You might want to check the Man Utd fixtures again. They should have 10 games left.

Basically Liverpool just have to keep winning and hope. I think a big problem is that I could see Utd winning the next 4/5. Boro, Arsenal, City may be best hopes to take points off them, but that might well be too late, if they have 4-7pt gap still.

Well I think all of the ManU games are potential dropped points bar Portsmouth and all of Liverpool's bar Blackburn and West Brom. The CL may well be the deciding factor.

Yeah. They got Sunderland and Wigan away, on top of those listed. Sunderland's after Villa, but the Wigan one is to be rearranged due to FA Cup.

Chelsea have quite a tricky run-in. Trips to Spurs, Newcastle, WHam, Arsenal, Sunderland. But their home games are mostly routine.

United will win the rest of the games while both Chelsea & liverpool will lose some

Basically IF Chelsea or Liverpool win all their remaining games, we have to win 8 out of our last 10.

I think 7 wins and a couple of draws should be enough though.

Leverkusen like collapse is not only possible, but it's probably the most likely way they are going to give away the title. If Hull are in a relegation battle on the last day of the season, they'll go into a game against a Man Utd side that knows it has a CL final and an FA Cup final within the next 6 days, who knows what will happen.

Will never get that far unfortunately.
