I have a problem with this. It being that the points deduction means fuck all for them and they essentially haven't been punished at all. They've gone from mid-table to mid-table. In accordance with how the rule was applied to Saints shouldn't the league wait for a time when the -10 will make a difference between promotion/play-offs/relegation?
