To be honest I don't feel sorry at all for Warnock. Not after his comments this week saying he hopes we never win another trophy, serves the mouthy bellend right.

Who gives a shit about Warnock? Simon Jordan has randomly attacked Newcastle fans in the past, he is one of the biggest cocks to ever exist, this still isn't funny though.

Injuries, minor refereeing decisions, financial problems. Same litany of excuses as every time they lose Smiley

    Newcastle 1-0 Crystal Palace HT
    Derry o.g. 20

    ok Biggest c**t in football

Its a shame what happened to Palace but I'd love Derry and Clint Hill to lose their houses and end up begging on the street.

Only three players on the bench tonight,
Moses not allowed to play as the administrator don't want to risk injury ..

Wouldn't mind Tottenham loaning out a few players to them,
    Bostock, Parrett, Rose etc.

Post by Bashmachkin Thu Jan 28, 2010 1:15 am

I went up to see the game this evening, and a group of relatively noisy but benign Crystal Palace supporters got together outside of Shearer's Bar about fourty minutes before kick-off and started singing anti-Tottenham songs. They sang 'Stand up if you hate Tottenham' - of course, we were all outside, there were no seats, sitting wasn't a great option and would have constituted a particularly bold show in Tottenham's favour - and also this one about gay 'Yiddos' being so ugly that they have to pay for sex.

Crystal Palace weren't very impressive. They outpassed and outmaneuvered us in the centre of midfield, as have every team I've seen us play this season because Nolan is a complete waste of space, but we still managed to retain the ball more than they did via the wide areas, and whilst we didn't create a lot, we were the better side over the course of the game. Shaun Derry incessantly harangued the referee - more than any player I can remember, though Olsson was vociferous just last week for West Brom - and should have received at least a booking for it. Ambrose wasn't able to exert himself on the game. Palace's formation seemed a little muddled at times, with all of their attackers lumped in the centre of the pitch.

No, as rosenthal says, Crystal Palace's administrators prevented him from playing for fear of injury.

The BBC are suggesting that Nottingham Forest and West Brom have made bids for him - I haven't seen him play too much this season, but that suggests that we should perhaps be interested too, especially since we could use another forward and, because of Crystal Palace being in administration, he may be available on the cheap.

I'm not surprised that palace lacked a cutting edge if he wasn't playing. He's their Rooney in a sense.

I'm surprised some mid-table EPL clubs haven't expressed an interest in him. He's maybe a bit raw at the moment but he has the base attributes there that means that one day he could be a top class player.

SSN say us, WBA, and Forest have made bids.
