That Gourcuff goal is insanely good, didn't he score another really good one similar to that? Like he does a trick in the box and then just side foots it in?

I don't remember, but not impossible.
On FM2007, Lloris was awesome.

My favourite goal of the season for sure. Just beautiful.

At one point last summer there were rumours that we could have had Gourcuff + a substantial amount of money from Milan for Adebayor. That won't happen this time around.

What about a team of the season? Would you say the best newcomer is Gignac?

We should start a "Best goal of the season" across Europe thread. Or maybe in the world as well, that Nilmar goal can be included. We can shortlist the best ones and then have a poll. There's enough posters on this board with diverse interests so we should be able to cover almost all the best goals of the season.

Probably best to do it next week after the CL final and Spanish/Italian/French leagues have finished.
