I'm glad he got diagnosed and that they think it will be treatable. I hope he beats it.

It's quite scary though that it's spread to his brain. I never knew that could happen with testicular cancer.

If it has spread, he's probably doomed.

what's the difference between a brain cancer and a brain tumour? I suppose one's malignant and the other isn't.

Tough for the guy and his family. Testicular cancer is very treatable if spotted early but lots of guys are too embarassed to check or go to the doctor if they have any doubt. This news may raise greater awareness of it as did Jade Goody's with cervical cancer.

Presumably he has had testicular cancer for a while and either not noticed/been to worried to get it checked out. It can't have spread that quick.

Apparently he's in critical condition at the moment. Think its probably due to just having had brain surgery but still..its not looking positive.

Good news on Hartson, sounds like he's making some progress.
