I really would have liked to see Granero in this game as I think we keep the ball a lot better when he is on the pitch but hopefully Marcelo can exploit the space behind Alves.

The problem with Granero is that he doesn't have Marcelo's stamina so the wouldn't the team wouldn't be able to cover Messi/Alves quite as well. I worry about that right hand side, given that Lass will be forced to cover for Ramos quite a lot, leaving Xabi on his own in the middle. We desperately need Ramos to come out of that trance he's been on for the last 18 months.

More like the first 10 pages are of "analysis" - and I use the word loosely - of the RM matches. They then try to squeeze in as many match reports as possible. AS is ever so slightly better offering regional editions which offer a page or two to teams from that region.
