That scoreline would do for Milan at Old Trafford.

if everton had beaten Liverpool they would be my new favorite team in the prem(it changes ever season)
Moyes should be coaching a top 4 team, but english teams don't give young english managers a chance.

Fantastic finish from Rodwell
Said this last season, but I envy Everton for having both Rodwell and Gosling.
Chelsea better bloody win today.

He is 8th in the league with a good squad Messiah
He is also Scottish
I'd say he is more comfortable being in the underdog role and couldn't really cope at a top club but I'm not sure we'll ever get to find out whether he could.

Worst i seen us in awhile. Bad team from the start. Rooney needed a rest he was crap. Evra ditto. The rest just sloppy. Evans and Brown too dodgy why not bring Vidic back already. Also Carrick was beyond terrible. But unsurprising Fergie has got most things right recently but today he fucked it up from the start. Would have left Berbatov on he was doing ok and Obertan for Park made sense but he changed everything.

Rodwell may be worthy of the hype although I don't really know what position he is supposed to end up in yet. Gosling is another Osman. Everton squad player is about his max.

Plenty of injuries is a legitimate excuse here, plus he was 5th twice in previous seasons. But I am not sure if Moyes would do well enough for a TOP4 club, he is quite tactically limited, but credit to him - he is improving in this area, bringing more and more players with good technical skills.COTR #6 wrote:Messiah wrote:if everton had beaten Liverpool they would be my new favorite team in the prem(it changes ever season)

Agreed. DM/CM type of player. Don't think he'll ever be a goal scorer or creative type though, just a deeper sitting midfielder who is good defensively and composed on the ball.

I like how he hypes up this goal "i mean..he's playing against Johnny Evans here". Like its fucking Nesta or something.

Gosling won't be a star for sure, like COTR pointed out - he will be next Osman type squad player, with a nose for goal ala Cahill .

Scholes kind of made sense as an attempt to gain traction in the middle of the pitch, Obertan was rubbish and just opened up space on his flank. Notable how well Everton did out of overloading Gary Neville - Pienaar and Donovan were terrific.
I know people feel that this season has been marked by the lack of a dominant Big Team, but everton deserve full credit for playing gifted individuals within an effective system and mullering a champions league side. United were not outrageously poor - there were several good performances in there, they played very well for periods of the 1st half and the start on the 2nd. They were just beaten by a good footballing side and weren't bailed out by taking an abnormally high percentage of the chances they got.

If Rodwell didn't come on they still probably would have won stupid stuff. And Evans is a nervous fucking joke 40% of the time.

Believe Rodwell can develop into a box to box player. Though seems he can play any role in the center.

Don't rate Rodwell. Watched him 4-5 times he seemed limited made a few decent passes but overall no real position. Everton only started winning when he got injured. He fucked them up on tuesday as well.
