After his WC performances, and his CL game against Lyon, is Cannavaro the dirtiest player on the planet. How many snide blocks, obstructions, elbows and kicks does he put in one game?
In the WC final alone, two incidents immediately stand out:
- In the first minute of the game, he tried to knock out Henry.
-Then, in extra time, he pulled Zidane's shoulder purposefully out of joint. Surely one of the reasons why ZZ headbutted MM.
Against Lyon, the show continued. After being humiliated by Fred, he decided to play cynical. Somehow he stayed on the pitch... Hopefully next time it won't be so.
