All the players I think will make the top level from our club.
...Or not...at least someone rated Evans at one point.

Re: Young Talents
I've learned my lesson when it comes to our youth system. They can score shitloads of goals and get MVP at tournaments, but we're incapable of turning them into good professionals. I don't even blame them, our coaches are sportsdirect standard shit.

So we are going to buy Mark Noble and Huddlestone to replace Xavi & Deco, Steven Taylor to replace Puyol and N'Zogbia will be bought in when Ronnie retires. LOL
Steven Taylor is a BIG talent, just ask Tony Adams(his biggest fan). I honestly believe he'll be better than Puyol. Same with Huddlestone, those two will be among the best in their position when they reach theur peak. And i believe i put N'Zogbia below world class(according to Tweeds ratings), so you're saying Ronnie is a rung below the best players?

Re: Young Talents
Taylor was a big talent when he was younger, look at his international record for proof, but he didn't improve past the age of 20 because he has no brain. That said, atleast the 2 I mentioned are still premier league players, unlike most of the Liverpool kids i've seen hyped on here over the years. What ever happened to that Nemeth guy, or Neil Mellor, or El Zhar???

Re: Young Talents
Nemeth plays for Roda, he is pretty shite, but still has something. Nontheless this thread is awesome to read back...I mean with hindsight in mind the likes of Bojan, Dos Santos and Evans...didnt really became what people expected.
Also some good calls, Saints spotted the talent of Bale long before the Californian Bandwagon came past him.

Interesting to see that Messiah hasn't learned a thing in 7-8 years on here.
Bojan's career is having the reverse trajectory of a potentially great young player, from barcelona, to roma, then milan and now ajax. Most players would try to go in the other direction
He should have been given a current ability of maybe 15, with a potential of maybe 11.

Dos Santos is only one playing on a decent level these days, even if when having a good season for Villarreal he has still been frustrating to watch way too many times.

I'm not 100% sure, but i think it's Lee Martin that has a contract to the end of the season at Millwall.stinger wrote:I've had to check who is Lee Martin and where is he playing these days.
