To be fair, there's a lot worse than Jamie Redknapp out there.

Re: STEVE BRUCE
Sunderland was left in ruins by Bruce, but O'Neill has got some decent players to start the rebuilding. There's Mignolet, Angeleri, Bramble, Brown, O'Shea, Al-Muhammadi, Larsson, Sessegnon, Bendtner, Gyan (needs Gyan to trust his ability as a coach).
If he can get them to trust his managerial skills and coaching credentials, he'll be a huge success. Steve Bruce is just incompetent.

Re: STEVE BRUCE
Mr Ferguson was furious in his interview this morning. Another one of his chums gone to the slaughter house; he's hardly got any left now bar Woy.

What disciple of his is regarded as a good coach? They all suck in my book. Intriguing how no one from SlurAlex's tree of coaching became any good. Generally the opposite happens when a "successful" manager has all his assistants and right hand men go on to become managers.

and McLeish
Fat Sam will be back next year, and I'm sure Hughes will rock up at some middling club before long too. You wouldn't even rule out another fool giving Bruce a gig. There's always some chairman who thinks any experience = good experience.

Well it depends what you mean by good coach. Slur Alex is the best in the business and has been for a good 20 years. Hodgson and Mark Hughes proved to be terrible failures when given opportunities at 'big' clubs but did well with smaller clubs like Hodgson at Fulham and now West Brom to an extent and Hughes at Blackburn when he got them up to 7th at one point with some pretty decent signings.
Bruce did a pretty good job with Birmingham but I feel he would be a laughing stock at a bigger club.
Slur Alex must be concerned though; the power is shifting to the blue part of Manchester and he doesn't have many clubs left to gift them 3 points. He was always guaranteed 3 points vs Blackburn and Sunderland but now they might have to try and earn them.
