That's a good front four but we should be able to control the midfield with our personnel. I heard Shalke are a bit tired after the Dortmund game at the weekend so hopefully that works in our favour.

yeah controling the game is your game, but schalkes centre midfield is pretty compact, they can play some nice balls to lauch quick counters

schalke fans think if they handle cazorla they handle arsenal, arsenal is favourite, still hope for a draw

I think a lot of people seem to think that but it's not the case. If you stop Arteta dictating the tempo, then you're more likely to have a chance.

Even though we haven't played well in the CL thus far, we haven't lost at home to a foreign side since 2003 so our home form may see us through.

yeah your home form is impressive when you look through the years, thats why its utopistic to believe in an schalke win, away wins in the CL are rare, and they mostly come from the big teams

in germany it looks different, i think arsenal and schalke expect from both games at least 4 points Very Happy

they will give them a good fight, they have no injurys, are in good shape, and they did pretty well in europe in the last years, so it will be no pushover for arsenal

Not sure what to watch, Malaga-Milan or Dortmund-Madrid.

I guess I will watch the Milan game, coz this might be Allegri's last one. He is up against the wall now, the CL can be his only salvation this season... Line ups:
    Milan:
    Amelia
    Bonera, Mexes, Acerbi, De Sciglio
    Montolivo, Ambrosini, Constant
    Emanuelson, Pazzini, El Shaarawy
Milan bench: Gabriel, Yepes, Antonini, Nocerino, Flamini, Pato, Bojan

    Malaga:
    Willy
    Gamez, Demichelis, Weligton, Eliseu
    Camacho, Iturra
    Portillo, Joaquin, Isco
    Saviola

Malaga bench: Kameni, Duda, Recio, Seba, Santa Cruz, Fabrice

Liverpool legend Ryan Babel starts for "that team from Holland who are better than Feyenoord" tonight!

    And he's 25 years old!

Admit it, you thought he was older. I believed he had retired. Or was dead. But nope, Babel lives on, still playing in the champions league where he belongs. As a ball boy or steward

It amazes me as well, that he is still so young, or more so, that Liverpool paid so much for I believe he was still a teen back then. Thought he was 8 million but looked it up, Liverpool paid 18 million euros for him! Laughing

Back then I said he would fail, Cotr, the person with the worst opinion on football on the globe, thought he would be a hit!

Anyway, Nasri just made it 0-1. Both team have horrible midfields, even Spurs has more creativity in their midfield!

F*cking hell Pepe. Gives a terrible pass in the back third which is intercepted then lets Lewandowski run behind him and there it is 1-0 simple as that. Somehow Jose will find a way to blame it on Ramos though. Ale
