Predicting Your Teams Starting XI For Next Season

Okay..rumour is that we're going to play either a 4-3-1-2 (as publicly stated) or 4-2-3-1.

I prefer the latter:

Abbiati; Abate, Zapata, Mexes, De Sciglio; De Jong, Montolivo (c); Ljajic, Honda, SES; Balotelli

Saponara / Ljajic really, but that is a pretty solid line-up.

hard to predict our tactical setup, ill go with this, but i really hope not, and given that we get Lewandowski next year, i don`t see a bright future for götze as false 9

I would really like us to keep Coentrao at left back but I think that is wishful thinking. And in an ideal world we'd have someone with more bottle than Benzema up front but yeah I think given Ancelotti and the players we have available this is what I'd like to see.

Don't know anything about Aspas or Alberto so who knows what impact they will have. It's a pretty exciting young team with Suso, Kelly, Sterling, Wisdom, Henderson, Alberto, Borini and Aspas all trying to force their way into it but the flaw is still in centre mid. There will be one more signing so hopefully it's in that area.

Any team without Khedira is the way forward. Although I have to say Khedira played really well in the early part of last season when everyone else was missing.

I'm actually really looking forward to Modric in midfield next season, I think we will see the best of him. Hopefully he is given a solid run in the team. I thought he was just getting better and better last season. As for Benzema next season is definitely last chance saloon. Anything like what we saw last season even Perez would not think twice to fuck him off next summer.

Firstly, Holtby isn't playing on the left, he'd be on the right, secondly, not as a standard winger but as part of an interchanging front three, able to drop back if necessary.

Creativity wise, we don't have a diminutive AM, so we would rely on Dembele's power and dribbling ability to come forward and help link up the front line along with Holtby or Siggurdson who both have shown they have a keen eye for a pass (Holtby will now have had a full pre season with the team to gel)

Villa is now gone sadly, off to Atletico, so will need to revise the front man.

Nah, its quite shit to be honest. And by that, I mean its not good enough for a top 3 finish. As usual, Inter are spending a lot of money on a lot of average/potential players, instead of focusing on 2-3 quality purchases.
