Re: CL 3rd Qualifying Round
I don't give a shite about Celtic either, but there's just something wrong about that team that played in Astana. Has all the letters of S-A-T-A-N...cheeky bastards.Murray wrote:
Of course I'm not happy, they are as horrible and obnoxious as their Rangers cousins.

They were the better team, just too inexperienced. Average age was 20 for them I believe. Their u21 is even older..no joke.blutgraetsche wrote:Thanks for the show, but I'll have to pass...Fey wrote:

Re: CL 3rd Qualifying Round
No if all of Barca is in shape they should manage to make it more of a game thise time. Mind you soon Bayern will play without a striker cause of pep. The list is unbiased and without a flaw. Perhaps its more interesting to make a list not based on pots..would look a lot different.

Re: CL 3rd Qualifying Round
I hear you, Tina Fey! that's the 'official' version we get from UEFA who take into account the last 5 years or so like dumbasses - they're not the same teams from three years ago let alone five!Fey wrote:Those pots make no sense...Dortmund in pot 3? Arsenal in 1...PSG in 2..

4.Napoli, Sociedad, Steau, Anderlecht, Copenhagen, Austria, Celtic, Plzen
Moreover, UEFA totally doesn't see the future or what 'yours truly' believes to be the actual real and current strength of the teams and where these strengths can take them . I respect what teams have accomplished in the past, but I don't go stupid like a UEFA dumbass, way back 5 years (those are not the same teams) and thus I only go back 3 years (to respect their achievements) and project the future with what they've got today. Thus...
Pot 1: Barça, Bayern, Madrid, Chelsea, Man. City, Juve, Dortmund, Man. Utd.
Pot 2: PSG, Arsenal, Atlético, Milan, Napoli, Porto, Benfica, Schalke.
Pot 3: Real Sociedad, Leverkusen, Shakhtar D., Galatasaray, CSKA M., Zenit, Ajax, Marseille.
Pot 4: Basel, Anderlecht, Celtic, Copenhagen, V. Plzen, Austria W., Olympiakos, Steaua.
Champions: Barça or Real Madrid or Bayern
Dark horse: Man. City and Juventus (are these two really 'dark horses'?)
The 'Nobody saw it coming' surprise teams: Atlético and Napoli
Oh, and if Man. Utd get, let's say two of Atlético, Dortmund, Napoli, you are out before the show starts!
CA$$$$$$$$$$$$$HHHHHHHHH
Remember where you heard it first!

Re: CL 3rd Qualifying Round
Also predicting the team who finished 2nd in Serie A and 3rd in la liga as dark horses, why not throw in Chelsea (finished 3rd in the EPL) as well.Isco Benny wrote:Man City in pot one?? Based on last three years??

Re: CL 3rd Qualifying Round
I am actually quite tired of barca having easy groups in the 1st phase. Apart from a couple of years ago when Milan were in their group, they've basically received a bye.stinger wrote:Bayern

Fingers crossed for that group but with barca instead of bayern
