This team cannot advance and gain promotion to EPL. The team is a wild card in the league.

A selection of top youth players that are at EPL clubs that do not play first team football are coached to play a new England system with top quality coaching.

This B team can play for the right to represent the country by beating the national team in a one or two leg game format.

The EPL gets the rights to market the team and carrying costs with the English FA.

Each Division could later on carry a England B C D team using youth players from higher divisions.

Introducing a pre professional national footballing structure within the leagues that players invest game time on a daily basis creating a new football philosophy.

Emphasis on coaching methods at top level can be taught without promotion or relegation concerns.

What is wrong with having a team or teams that plays within the leagues it could be a Leeds united or club that has shit finances, the options are their to build a better national side.

It would work at all levels of marketing and be easy too sell as long as every other other club gets breaks along the line this could speed up how to produce QUALITY PLAYERS AND COACHES.....

Be great a Bunch of young players that beat to a different drum what is wrong with that if you want to build a better national team you need to experiment and prove your moving in the correct direction.

Building an England way to play, these players that progress get taken back to their respective clubs but have learned a different style that closes the gap England national sides when they try to put players together............................NO BRAINER........ .........

How can it cost to much? If everyone is in on the game where is the cost.
