    Southampton collapse looks likely hopefully.

United are looking the most likely to secure that 3rd spot at the minute even with a disgrace of a defence. When you buy a world class player like Di Maria to go along with Rooney and RVP it's not going to be long before the goals will start flooding in.

Arsenal the most likely for 4th but not too much better than the chasing pack of Everton, Spurs and Liverpool. Swansea and West Ham are cute but you'd have to think they'll slip.

    Difference being Arsenal have Sanchez.

Pochettino has heard my advise and starts Chiriches in place of Dire and also adding speed to that side by starting Lennon just like yours truly called it a few weeks ago.

So, 4 Brits on each side. A toss up, a 1-1 draw until Lamela comes in for Kane and the Spurs win 2-1.

I'm seriously thinking Spurs at 2.3 for $100 bucks at home.scratch

The stocks are seriously rigged I'm told. That high-frequency trading and algorithms they're using, yet another way of the elite raking in the ca$h of hard working people.

I feel investing in football (it's also rigged at times) is safer overall. <Ale>

That's why I called this game 1-1 when 0trick asked me yesterday about his team's chances. It will definitely go down to substitutions [Lamela in for Kane could be crucial].

Brian, Spurs to win 2-1 and here's why.

Even though they each have 4 Brits starting, Everton look disjointed and they're missing that Scottish guy who play up front, what's his face? scratch

Anyway he should play in the hole with Lukaku upfront. That's why Eto'o is taking his place, but Eto'o is not as good in that position.

Besic and Barry look good as anchors, but Barkley doesn't know how to play the position. I would start McGeady and Mirallas on the wings.

Spurs look more solid from the get go, only question mark is Kane whom other than his predatory skills offers little else - I would've started Lamela or Chadli (perhaps he's not fully fit).

Tottenham line-up for me is so poor today, that I will be very disappointment with less than 3 points today.

Mirallas just scored, good start <Ale>

Mason is really poor, so slow at reading defensive positioning and spatial awareness. Pochettino (not surpring) as a good Argie will find anything to start anyone over a Brazilian.

Chiriches has a lot of trust in his makeshift right fullback abilities doesn't he! His responsibility is to defend against Mirallas (arguably Everton's best player today) and yet the Romanian has had a few good runs in attack while keeping the Belgian in check overall.

    GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

Very smart by Lennon choosing to assist Soldado instead of Kane. Lennon is smart. Kane can only score tap ins and Lennon appears to know that.

Barry caught on the ball Soldado make it pay. Very Happy Spurs off the ball pressure is the difference in their game plot.

I never understood the hype around Barkley. Fucking awful as winger and not much better in the hole behind Lukaku. Reminds me of a young Gerrard where long hollywood passes and free kick goals are highlighted in the media while overlooking his awful play overall.

Everton can improve if they want to, remove Barkley, bring in McGeady or Pienaar. It's too bad Naismith (I remember his name) is out, he's good in the hole.

But Tottenham will counter by making the team better. Kane out, Lamela in the hole and probably Paulinho for Mason, but the Argie hates Brasil so no game for Paulinho. lol!
