There putting a marker on Scholes, that I noticed. Think its Scharner.

Good to see Baines doing well - IMO he has a lot of a potential and he has good technique and is a good ball player - could do with a move to a top 6 club in the next two years though

In the early part of the game Heskey was always dropping back and standing next to Carrick although he seems to be playing on the left now againt Brown & Solskjaer.

Why does Vidic have this hardman rep? He looks no match fo Heskey physically

Was thinking that.

Apparently we'r very keen on Gareth Bale though and may well be making a bid for him either in January or next summer.

Would be very happy if we showed interest in baines but he'd cost twice as much as Bale IMO and hes 4 years down the line

Leighton Baines has a lively left foot. His passing and crossing is pretty accurate and plays left back position solid. Hope he gets in the England squad.

I think BB might get a draw or a win out of this one. Liverpool's lineup is pretty weak for this game.
