Premier League Discussion 15/16th October 2011 Empty Premier League Discussion 15/16th October 2011

Post by Luis Fri Oct 14, 2011 5:02 pm

    Saturday, 15 October 2011
    Liverpool v Man Utd
    Man City v Aston Villa
    Norwich v Swansea
    QPR v Blackburn
    Stoke v Fulham
    Wigan v Bolton
    Chelsea v Everton

    Sunday, 16 October 2011
    West Brom v Wolverhampton
    Arsenal v Sunderland
    Newcastle v Tottenham

    ---------------------------------------------

To quote the famous Alan Partridge, I am 'chuffed to buggary' that the Premier League is back after all this International rubbish.

Liverpool vs Man United is fucking amazing. Watch it please. It's the best team in the world vs the pretend best team in the world and it's live!

Newcastle are setting the world alight with their own brand of football imported from France but face an unspectacular Spurs side. Arsenal have fallen off though so I haven't got a clue who's going to snap up that 4th place this season. My money is still on West Brom but only if Roy Hodgson doesn't commit his future to the National side.

Man City are also in action this week but face a striking nightmare; No Aguero and the other 3 strikers hate playing for Mancini/City.

    FOOOOOOOOTBALL.

    Bottom 10

Villa are normally a lucky team for us to play but its going to be a tough game. They are on good form and we will certainly rest 4 or 5 players with Villarreal on tue and the scum next weekend. Im still confident we can get the 3 points but im sure Ireland, Given and Dunne will be doing their best to get one over on us. Hopefully we can get a result and Liverpool can as well so we can go into the derby top of the league, but it never seems to go just how you want so we will see.

    Come on City !!!!

Even the biggest fan of international football surely wouldn't call qualifying "awesome football". International breaks are skidmarks on the premiership season. It's not often I agree with fatty Lulu.

Kimbo, if you were a German Arsenal fan I imagine the international break would be like a perfect slice of heaven in an otherwise steaming shit pie Ale

I'm ecstatic it's back. Playing the invincibles will be tough, but they've not taken on a team as dynamic and frigigin' sexy as us yet.

In all honesty: I don't think they're ready for this jelly

Blut! Long live international football! Whoop

At the 35m in the Chile-Perú game, there were already two goals by Chile. Perú had hit the crossbar once and the post once as well. Perú also had TWO stonewall PK's denied by the Bolivian c**t chilean-in-disguise asshole ref.

It was anybody's game until the very end. Now that's how bitter rivals's games should be. Edge-of-the-seat...about to have a cardiac arrest stuff! Whoop

NOT Zzzzzzzzzzz that the "EPL's" biggest rivalry is serving today. And I'm a Liverpool fan!

Nevertheless, the Chile-Perú game from last tuesday seems like a match from another planet compared to this pedestrian, misplaced passes we're watching today with Liverpool-Man Utd.

Long Live International Football FFS! <Ale>

Ferguson doing a Mourinho here - play a lineup specifically focused on stopping the opposition rather than your own strengths...try not to concede...and then bring on attacking subs in a gradual manner to try and sneak a goal.

Unsuprisingly, it makes for a shit game.

Subs will decide this game. Rooney (£28m), Carroll (£35m) and Henderson (£20m) – that’s at least £28m of talent sitting on the bench.
