the only names I recognise off the top of my head are Owusu-Abeyie, who just seems to do trick after trick after trick without actually moving forward and obviously Aissati.

star pupils include; Huntelaar and Schaars.

Well obviously, these are not out top players. Most of them who won the EC arent even here anymore. But Aissati is a good player, Quincy Owusu-Abeyie has awesome tricks but havent seen much of him anymore since he went to Russia.

Jenner and Mendujanin are also youngsters who have some potential. The rest are all decent.

Is Afellay injured?

Tiendalli not? He seems to be a bright young prospect?

I assume Krul would be included if not for his injury?

he wasn't selected before but it would be madness not to include him this time!!

Only Aissati is really a prospect the others are not that good....

Always find it hard to judge players if I don't see every game they play, but Tim looks like a prospect. He played very well for RKC when the beat Feyenoord in the Dutch Cup.

I don't know what he's like in management games, but on the pitch Luigi Bruins is a real prospect. Very bright young midfielder, creates, scores, smart. He's from Kralingen, the same district of Rotterdam as RVP. Robin also played for excelsior's youth, befoore he went to Feyenoord.

Good pick. I think he will improve. Unfortunately he will not feature in the U21 match because of a (minor) injury.

Aisattie wont play either as well as Bruins and Kruiswijk....Damn why bother to even play such a match then? What is this? All injured,sick,giving babies? Or just to lazy to play for their country?

Yeah I know, but is there any good time for it in the footballworld?

Beginning or the end of the season is probably better, or not right after first cup games, and in the middle of the cl group stage and uefa cup games. If this was a big game i doubt any of these players would of pulled out, But i dont blame them for pulling out.

Who ?!

Never heard of those guys...

Koenders is a pretty decent CB and vdStruijk was part of the WCU20 squad. Both have not a future in the real Oranje though.
