We know Hamburg have absolutely nothing to play for against CSKA Moscow. Arsenal are in great danger of being KO in group stage if they don't at least come up with a draw at Oporto.

It seems highly unlikely that anyone associated with Dein's cause can give CSKA Moscow players the shites. So if you were David Dein, how would you play it "safe", so that CSKA Moscow don't finish above you just in case you don't get the result at Oporto? Biggrin <Ale>

I personally see a big check going Hamburg's way for they to manage at least a draw against CSKA Moskow. Biggrin <Ale>

don't think that check will be needed

Oporto v Arsenal will be a boring 0-0, that will give catennaccio a whole new meaning, bit like a cricket test-match...

If I were Dean I bought:

Chivu, Yaya Toure, Leonardo Santiago (much better than Ribery!) & Jefferson Farfan. Furthermore I would get a first signing option on Jonathan De Guzman.

    We don't do bungs. Wink

I think we will be very cautious on Wednesday and keep things very tight in the middle of the park.

I hope Hamburg out out a good side and go for a victory. I know they will finish bottom no matter what, but they don't want the stigma of finishing in Europe with 0 points.
