Luis Garcia's - hardest one to execute, yet he did it flawlessly.

its Diouf so i refuse to admit its god out of principal. And what was the defender doing.
I loved Garcias goal. Him and Essiens were the best technically but for wow factor, then its taylors.

Luis Garcia's obviously. He's only 5'7 from football heaven for God sakes.

Don't think so, but I found this on youtube:

You see, this is what happens when you start letting women make independant decisions.
It's why they should never be allowed to leave the kitchen/bedroom.

@ S4P
Saw that yesterday - People have too much time on their hands!
------------------------
From a purists POV:
*Bolton's 1st goal (great team goal that defies their reputation),
*Diouf's solo effort (still a Pr!ck, but oh well!)
*Berbatov's 1st - great pass by Lennon
*Defoe's Goal - thumping shot into the top corner.
*Malbranque's Goal.
The last 3 are totally unbiased.

Re: Best goal of the weekend?
Bolton and Fat Sam still get this "they only play longball" stuff thrown at them. Even today I heard someone saying it.
Why, after that game I dont know. It's a good way of spotting someone who hasnt a clue/doesn't watch the games though.

Re: Best goal of the weekend?
They only really start that physical stuff at Set-Pieces, throw ins & corners otherwise, they play decent football like anyone else.
It's not just this season though; They've had Nakata, Djorkaeff & Okocha all playing for them in recent years - all skilful, technically gifted players.

Berbatov is 26 in January he is in his prime. but what a player Spurs have. The only thing he lacks is super fast pace.

Yeah that's what ive always said. Unless I was trying to piss of Bolton fans obviously.
Fat Sam just always played to the strengths of his players...which is why I wanted him to be England manager. If he could get that bunch of wankers to play to their strengths we might actually be a good team.

Re: Best goal of the weekend?
Just when I thought Taylor had scored one of the best goals of the season, Chevanton scores his masterpiece, and Essien does a Solano from 40 yards.
1) Chevanton
2) Essien
3) Taylor

2) Essien
3) Taylor

Not as spectacular as Matthew Taylor's but necks just aren't meant to be able to swing around that much.

@ Puro
Chevanton definitely deserves a mention if you're looking at the best goals across Europe. What a way to open your La Liga account!
Excellent player.

If you're looking at goals across Europe then there's no point even mentioning anyone other than Cristian Ledesma.

Re: Best goal of the weekend?
Just saw highlights of the weekend games...don't see the big deal about Bolton's 1st goal tbh. For me it's definitely Taylor, Essien, and Chevanton's goals as the top 3, followed closely by Luis Garcia.

Cristiano Doni's one was better than Chevanton's IMHO.

The big deal was that people were amazed that we could construct an attack.
