    lol!

Henry, we love you and declare you an honorary Adler ("Eagle") Bubbly

the French marksman has given a fascinating glimpse into his hyper impressive mind

talking about the World Cup Henry said

" We were better than Italy in the final, but in football that means nothing"

" If not France, Germany should have become World Champion, the country would have deserved it. what Germany produced at the World Cup was incredible. This summer

    I FELT LIKE A GERMAN "

yes, Henry, deep down we are all Germans cheers

""" I like Klose. He is a fantastic player whom I admire. He would be good for every club in the world. Many people don't see how much he works for the team. He powers himself out completely. You can see he loves his football""""

    ----------------------

the Germany statements in particular are remarkable

Henry is known to be a football freak; he follows the global game closely, including its history

he once said that his worst football memories were the defeats against Germany at the World Cup Semis in 1982 and 1986

for him, Germany is France's arch-enemy

to out himself as a "German" is like Mourinho saying he looks up to Wenger or Alan Hansen declaring his love for England

    oh wait Biggrin

    Henry, we salute you

    three cheers to the German-French friendship <Ale> <Ale> <Ale>

    here it comes , chrissi

he also praises Ballack at Chelsea

    http://www.sport1.de/de/sport/artikel_670862.html

the funny thing is , there is no reason why he should suck up to the Germans

he has no CD coming out, he is not promoting a film either

or could it be that he is trying to become Klose's replacement at Bremen ? Whistle

Oh, I just noticed these quotes are from an interview with German paper "Sport Bild". So I guess he's more a good diplomat then...

Surely, like all of the Otto-Youth, he spends his weekend nights dreaming, like all other teutons - honourary or not - of playing with Klose in the mighty Bremen team, ready to conquer Europe like so many German teams before them.

You'd swear it was 1941 all over again... all the Poles think they're German and now the French are spreading the propaganda. Will your sleeper cells Agent Hamman and Agent Ballack now get to work on taking their respective teams to the top of the premiership or are the orders from the reich not getting through as they both appear to be playing dead.

    lol! lol!

@Otto, one could be certain that had Henry said these things to the Times regarding England, you would be extremely quick to point out the benefits of pandering to the journalist's market audience,

but in this case, you have conveniently decided not to mention who the statements were made to, or this well used argument !!

Henry says that the English fans are the best in the World too, hence why he didnt want to leave in the Summer, but I guess thats because he's a good diplomat eh?? Biggrin

I hope we draw one of the Romanian teams. They have to be kicked out as soon as possible in order to secure our second CL slot.
