To Tom Huddlestone!!! afro Magic Gift Snowman

The UNIT turns 20 today - He plays like a cross between Michael Carrick & Papa Bouba Dioup - but even better.

Leave your gifts in this thread Wink

    Gift

It's the ability to pass the ball forward. Something his predecessor in the Spurs midfield lacked.

Yo TS! Fine player that Huddlestone. Been tracking him since he came in for Jenas, and he's in my fantasy team. I didn't know he was that young. Great future for him! <Ale>

How come I didn't know about this fine "English muffin". I'd eat this muffin.

    Happy Birthday... Nigella

Hence why he has been a complete failure at Man United, in a team that is currently struggling.... at the top of the table.

And an integral part of Spurs' push for CL last season.

Huddlestone may well go on to become the better player, but he's not refined enough yet in my eyes to be classed as "better" than MC

Daniel Agger will be the worlds best centre back in five years.

Dirk Kuyt will be the coup of the summer transfers

Xabi Alonso is the best deep lying playmaker in the world

Mark gonzalez will be the best left winger in the EPL

I keep quiet when rooney is off form Wink

Once he's back working his magic, worry not.

Then I look forward to hearing your hyping for atleast 2 more premiership matches (which he'll no doubt score 6 goals in) and of course, the annual international match where he comes out of goalscoring hibernation.

    ok

to be honest though i'm losing faith.

when he first signed for them i had a slight worry that SAF wouldn't get the best out of him, especially after he said that with a player like roony they don't require any training, you just let them play. Rolling Eyes

I think he progressed pretty well at first but this season hes gone backwards, which is especially strange what with Man Utd being in a good vein of form

Along with Taylor and Richards he's got the potential to. It's just a shame we've haven't got as many TOP attacking prospects.

I'm less sure on richards, he still lacks a good first touch and composure.

Although if the rumours of an £18m bid from Chelsea are true then who knows...

I beg to differ, I think Richards is the best teenage English prospect we have in this country at the moment, he can go on to big things. In saying this Taylor, Huddlestone will still go on to big things.

And of course young Theo. Wink

I've seen the guy have some very poor games though that have dampened my opinion of him.

he is a great prospect and with a bit of luck could consolidate the right back position post-neville although Johnson may have something to say about that based on his form so far this season.

Looks like a great player, and has impacted the majority of the games he has started in.

Plus he gave me many points in FF. Razz
