It's amazing to think that at just 22 he is already the most composed central defender in Europe and clearly head and shoulders above the rest of the premiership.

While United fans will salvate over the their dime-a-dozen, hoof-a-minute Nigel Vidic and Arsenal fans will get cold sweats about Kolo "I can run the 100 meters in less than 10 seconds but can't defend set plays for shit" Toure, the rest of us know that Agger is currently the best defender in Europe.

Beckenbauer may have been the original libero but Daniel Agger will be the player that the role will be synonymous with in a few years time.

Best defender in the world, bar none.

Oh, and I suppose we should also wish happy birthday to Stephen "Please give me another chance Rafa, this time it won't be so bad! I promise " Warnock, aswell as Nolberto Solano and Craig Moore. Both of whom no one gives a toss about other than delusional geordies.
