Is there a rule that 2 Charlton players can't play for England at the same time?

I don't understand the ratings for Defoe. His assist was good but otherwise he was largely ineffective - he didn't make good runs and he didn't harrass the dodgy defenders. He looked confused and unlikely to pose a threat to the greek goal.

I agree, Defoe deserved about 6, would have been 5 had he not got the assist.
