English papers have reported that Bayern have upped the price

£20 million will no longer do for Hargreaves, they now want £25 million

considering what Rio, or even worse, Carrick cost, this is more than justified

And Hargreaves is English after all.

T bayern he is there biggest star, they wouldnt get £20m for none of there other platers. At united he will be in the lower bracket of players; Carrick, Fletcher, Evra etc. I dont think we would sell many Hargreavves t shirts.

If Rooney went to Bayern (not that they could afford him or he would want to play in an average league for a team in decline) they would sell excess of 100k Rooney t shirts in a week. The kids will trade in there Podolski/Klose t shirts.

He would cause a revolution, the germans would soon all rush over to England and try marry English english women to try and have kids elligeable to play for England.

I assume that as english fans don't generally watch the bundesliga so it was based on the world cup, and 5 performances if that.

The ones shown were in my opinion the top 3 performers for England at the world cup, so I guess this is what it is based on.

where's board favourites: rio? joe cole?

It was totally based on games for England.

They only show the top 3...so who knows where the others are?

I think he could really come good along with the next generation of players though if you look at the midfield of the future being Carrick and Hargreaves

I think a lot of English United fans will take to him as being a worker and someone that takes no shit
