it's not that cold here. True though that no one cares really about the cup. Too bad that. I do care. We should try and win it. It's only 3 more games after this round so it would be stupid to not take it seriously for those 3 games.

Oleguer and Zambrotta are our best players so far.

    Iniesta should've scored.

Ronaldinho showponying too much again when he should know when to play effective.

Ronaldinho's passing accuracy is quite bad these past few gmaes, not sure why, because the rest of his game seems to be as normal.

Agreed on the two fullbacks, I'm very impressed.

Rijkaard making changes, Gio for Zambo .... strange change seeing as he was having a great game, and Edmilson for Giuly

Good to see Giuly, but I'm also confused about Zambrotta going off...can't really see what Gio will add.

F@cking shit, that's what we've been in the 2nd half. Diogo scoring means our interest in him will increase, but Madrid's determination to not sell him to us will too.

Yeah let's see. It's just frustrating to see the team go backwards in terms of their play in that 2nd half.

    what a bugger.

our play was dire in the second half.

Marquez should be given for free to Madrid.
Edmilson just doesn't seem to add anything to the team.
That combination makes for a lethal combination in central defence. Puyol just can't take care of it all by himself.
Too many balls lost in midfield, Ronnie just doing what he pleases and leaving the left completely abandoned.

Hard times are those when Oleguer is our best man on the pitch.

We keep saying Eto'o and Messi will come back, but are they really going to make this team tick and make our problems go away?

With Barca defending the way they are, you just know Rafa is going to start Crouch in the CL game.

Crouch will start regardless of how we're defending. The way we're playing right now, Liverpool may as well play with their kids like Arsenal are doing in the Carling Cup, and we'd still struggle to win.

So, very interesting fixture tomorrow - after knocking out Madrid in the Cup, and drawing against us and Valencia in the league, can Betis continue their title winning form by getting a result against Sevilla tomorrow? Only one of the top 4 left for them!
