Re: Oliveria Deal..
Huge blunder by Mikatovic, Calderon, and Capello if we don't get Oliveira. Those morons actually have us praying that fucking Ruud Van Nistelrooy doesn't get injured. That's how low we've sunk in the last 6 months

Indeed, another fuckup by Pedja & co ! Looks like Raul or Robinho will be playing as a striker at some part of the season (my money is on Raul)

Re: Oliveria Deal..
higuain and raul did link up well against betis and it would be nice if raul would get a chance to play his real position but i dont want to play higuan in a position where he might not perform. and we really dont need to take out the confidence from a young player like we have managed to do with robinho.

Re: Oliveria Deal..
Ffs Another year of blanco looks on the cards, there is no striker in the squad besides the horse and there is no Soldado this season from the Castilla . Raul cant hit a barn yard door and Higuain isnt a CF.
Robinho to the rescue?

I'm glad, we need him at least until the end of the season. I'm still hoping he proves his worth.

FIFA rules are very complicated regarding the move, and though Mascerano went through something similar, Real just ran out of time.

Re: Oliveria Deal..
No Real deal for Oliveira
Wednesday 31 January, 2007
Ricardo Oliveira will terminate the campaign with Milan after his proposed loan move to Real Madrid collapsed.
The Rossoneri were seemingly willing to hand over their summer signing from Real Betis, but the move was just too complicated to complete so close to the transfer window’s closure.
“It was a bit complex,” noted Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani. “Real Madrid would have been his third club this season after already appearing for Milan and Sao Paulo.”
Galliani was making reference to the FIFA rule which doesn’t allow an individual to play for more than three clubs in one term.
Although Liverpool have successfully managed to get special dispensation to sign Javier Mascherano from West Ham for the same reason, Milan and Real didn’t want to take any risks at such a late stage.
The Brazilian will therefore remain at the San Siro, a decision which also means that Andrea Caracciolo hasn’t left Palermo.
Milan were lining up the former Brescia man as a replacement for Oliveira who would have filled in for Ronaldo at Real following his Milan switch.
Meanwhile, Sampdoria have claimed that the Rossoneri were also interested in netting their star forward Francesco Flachi.
“Milan asked us for several players, including Flachi,” sporting director Beppe Marotta revealed. “But we decided to keep him in Genoa.”
