IMO,i would like to pay more attention to the balance of team's structure under the limited fund. every postion has its own shortcomings and strongpoint, which a good coach should balance for every position in line with the avialable players he got. the squad or start lining-up should be changed with the opponent we meet.
for team full of defence, we should put more attacking guys on the pitch to keep the pressure on the opposite.
for team full of attack, we should make some changes to make use of the free feild when the opposite pushing forward.

btw, how to say that a finisher is accompanied by a defender closly during all time of the match?

execuse me, how to say this ?

You can have the best striker in the World but if your central midfield is pants, you won't get anywhere. At least with a quality midfield they can provide goals as well.

I'd put goalkeeper in front of central defender because how many times have you seen a team with average defenders or players playing out of position in defence and getting away with it as the whole team has defended well.

execuse me,whats this?
