Don't forget about the Emerson replacement if Capello stays. Can't have a team without 2 DMs now, can we?
i see kaka as a playmaker allthough he is more direct in his style so i can see if people wouldnt see him as one. diego is a typical playmaker.blutgraetsche wrote:Kaka is no playmaker, Diego is.
What I don't get is: If Capello stays, and it looks like he will, you'll play a double pivot 4-4-2 system. In such a system, Diego would be wasted. A double pivot 4-4-2 does not need a classical playmaker, it needs flexible and creative wing players who do the job, who cut in often and don't strictly stay wide.
In your system, Kaka could play second striker quite effectively. Diego however would be wasted.
