Indeed it's not. Perhaps now they'll take that experience into account before going through their lengthy list of songs that refer to Hillsborough and Heysel.

And yes Tweedle. Lille should be kicked out anyways because they're a bunch of niggly, cheating cunts.

Nice attempt at a cover but really you just didn't know what you were talking about.

You and I were right about the French though. It has to be seen to be believed the cowardness of Lille's coaching staff and some of their players. One dodgy decision and a controversial (legally fine) goal and they try and walk off.

What do you think "We've won it two times" refers to exactly? And yes, I won't deny that there are a minority who sing songs directed towards the Munich air disasters. There's a much larger majority of United fans who feel the need to sing "Where's your famous munich song" however, so it's not without provokation on occasional.

When you hear 60,000+ Liverpool fans singing "always look on the runway for ice" or something similar, then I'll concede this point.

Manchester United fans now sing "He plays on the left, he plays on the right, that boy Ronaldo, makes England look shite' to the tune of the song you have mentioned ... they did sing 'we won it 2 times' but the song is incorrect isn't, Liverpool fans never did kill anyone when they won their 4 European Cups (before 2005)

Rio, Vidic, Neville, Carrick, Evra - 5's. What happened?

Vds, Giggs, Larsson, Rooney - 6's. Good but can play better.

Scholes - 8. Amazing. His passing was on another solar system tonight.

That's fine. Luis mentioned United fans had been causing trouble this afternoon regardless, which is actually why I brought it up initially, but then we had to go into the whole hillsborough thing. I stand by my view - there are plenty of cunts on both sides and that's all I'll say about the matter.

And yes, the french were absolute cocks and were it not against your lot I'd be advocating dropping a bomb on the poxy nation of twats.

The two most annoying (non rival) teams I've seen this year - Bordeaux and Lille.

The most annoying premiership team? Frenchsenal.

Most annoying players? Henry, Diouf, Diao etc

    Most annoying manager - Wenger.

Carrick. No. He completely disappeared in the second half.

Only player I am really impressed with is Scholes.

VDS - No problems although missed a few catches 6
Neville - Rubbish going forward and hoofed too much 6
Rio - Dodgy heading. Lille players got past him a few times 6
Vidic - Swan dive and some errors 6
Evra - Defensively dire and offered nothing in attack 5
Ronaldo - Shite as usual in Europe. Tries to take on 6 players at once 5
    Scholes - Good passing 7
Carrick - Dissapeared second half. No cutting edge passes to speak of - 5
Giggs - Piss poor. Hitting one goal doesn't make his performance good. Through three times to fuck em all up. Missed basically an open goal by missing the ball - 4
    Larsson - Anonymous - 6
Rooney - missed some easy chances, but there was one very good run - 6

Ronaldo for me tried to 'impress' to much, running with the ball when he should have passed etc

Some say hes the 'modern Cruyff', when it comes to pace with the ball that is all

Note: i am not saying he is like Cruyff, he will never be as good .. but I'm using Cruyff as a metaphor. as both have great pace.

He's trying to light up the stage or something and when we're struggling for a result it's so annoying.

Great when we're playing great football but tonight we needed more work and early passing.

Pretty much average all over the pitch. Reading pressured us for 15 minutes, doesn't mean they belong in the CL.
