a sad day for German football Empty a sad day for German football

Hitzfeld has indicated he won't stay on at Bayern at the end of the season

    DAMN

he has given the Bavarian giants a new lease of life

Poldi is a new man; nearly destroyed by Magath and criticized by morons like Hoeness and Dummenigge , Hitzfeld has rebuilt the lad's confidence in no time

last two games: 2 goals + 2 assists

Ottmar has more good football sense than Netzer, the Baviarian villiage idiots, Klinsi and the HSV board put together (despite a rather dodgy joint interview with Lattek a few months back)

the double CL winner said that Bayern should NOT get a FOREIGN manager; that only a German would be able to read the vibes around the club and media

he also said that the club should play more German players <Ale>

German football urgently needs Hitz; let's hope he changes his mind and stays on; Hoemmenigge is more than able to go with Sven or Houllier affraid

    @ ballack

    it is

yesterday's games opened up the title race

    brilliant stuff

Bayern are fourth in the league, BUT IF they eliminate Real and Bremen kind of struggle against Celta

    then

Bayern are my favourites to win the Bundesliga

you heard it here first; NOBODY in Germany would be mad enough to predict this

it could be the most exciting title race for ages and we have had many a race decided on the last match day

the EPL is a snooze fest against the Bundesliga

    true story

Otto, Bayern will be fine. van Gaal will come next year. Otherwise Hitzfeld would have got the job.

van Gaal is rather stubborn and thin-skinned

at Bayern you have Hoeness sitting on the bench and voicing his often contrarian views via the media

the next day Rummenigge will contradict him

then Beckenbauer will voice his concerns via Bild

    Breitner will do the same

    and

Lattek will say you cannot hack it

Magath himself could not cope with the pressure of the board anymore and offered his resignation at the end of his second season , having won a record breaking TWO DOUBLES in a row

    @ fey

you REALLY think van Gaal would last even one season ??????

I would love to see him in the Bundesliga

but he would probably just buy the Eredivisie dry and bench the Germans

    thanks

    but

    no thanks

Otto, imagine van Gaal in Munich...the Drama he would give you Germans. He would certainly spice up, the Bild would love him.

" Meine Damen un Herren von die Presse, gratulieren, ich nehme mein Entlassung" Laughing Something like that, you can expect from Louis.
