Who wanted Makaay to leave? If anything, Bayern fans were annoyed by Pizarro and his egoistical behaviour. Makaay is actually a darling of the Bayern fans, always have been.

But the other Dutchie Van Bommel is not really helping his team today, to put it mildly.

Actually, Podolski is having a good match so far, his pace is quite useful on those counters. Schweinsteiger on the other hand was disappointing at first (he lacks confidence), but got better at the end of the half.

But I still expect Hitzfeld to bring Pizarro in the 2nd half, should Real score. And even if they don't, Pizarro can be deadly against tired defenders.

we cannot have ramos get subbed off , not only is he big on defense but he helps out on set pieces too. I fear the only way we will score is through a set piece
