Carlos Tevez and West Ham Tevez-carlos_shirt

Most people seem to think that if West Ham go down then Tevez will leave West Ham. But what do you think will happen if West Ham stay up, will Tevez stay of go?

Tevez's recent form must have caught the eye of some of the big clubs in the Premiership and in Europe, e.g. Liverpool, who will be looking for some more attacking players in the summer.

But surely Tevez staying at West Ham would be better for the Premiership? because some people think that the Premiership has four really good teams and thats it. With players like Tevez staying at West Ham and Berbatov staying at Tottenham, it can only help to improve the quality/depth of the league.

    Your thoughts?

Since his first goal he has gone onto another level. I think he just needed the confidence boost + apparently there was a curse on him placed by Corinthian supporting witchdoctors, which he apparently went to see a specialist about and got 'lifted'.

If he comes out and says he wants to leave the Hammers there will be a whole host of clubs interested. Though West Ham are an ambitious club, I hope he stays.

A lot of it depends on the ins and outs of the contractual agreement between himself, West Ham, Corinthians and MSI

Its impossible to predict where Tevez will be next season at this moment in time cos of all the different factors involved. I believe it would be good for the Prem to have Tevez stay at West Ham but i wouldnt be suprised to see Liverpool make a big offer for him. If this happens then i could see his head being turned although he does seem genuinely happy Upton Park.

He has said himself, he'd love to stay at West Ham. He hopes that the contracts get sorted and that Magnusson pays for him.

He knows he's loved by our fans, and he likes to be the main man. He also loves London and his family are settled here.

I think he has a genuine feeling for us, he plays with passion and is a total professional. Focuses on his football. I think if we stay up we can keep hold of him. Liverpool can f@ck off.

I don't think we're interested anyway if you must know. Can;t see us breaking up the RVP-Henry partership and we have Adebyor and Bendtner as back up.

We WILL be signing Rosina though ok

He has been great for the Premiership - the most watchable player in the league right now.

I'd not seen him play before he came, apart from WC, but he is worth all the hype.

South American talent married to the pace and workrate England values so much - can't go wrong.

    I can see him staying

but if a bidding war is sparked between say us, chelsea, juve ? , real ?? etc etc then MSI are going to be very interested in the money and magnusson will have to be very brave to match the highest bid

plus with mascha at anfield and telling him great stories im sure he could get over leaving the adoring west ham faithful Wink

Rosina is decent, I'll be glad if you sign him. I hope no one goes for Quagliarella though...

Probably not. But we've been likned with him a couple of times now and I'm pretty sure we're in for a goalscoring winger in the summer

Well we've been linked to him as well. In truth he is the more likely signing but I'm not that keen on him so I'm hopin we're more interested in Rosina Very Happy

IF the Hammers stay up, which it looks like they will, I think Tevez will stay for one more season. Ditto Berbatov. They'll both be off next summer though for sure, no disrespect but they are better than their respective clubs ok

Yeah, was aimed at Tweedle ok

@Hysen...depends though. Tottenham could finish 4th, West Ham could finish 6th...

If neither of us do anything next season (if we stay up) then I would agree with you.

true enough, but it's going to be hard for both players not to get distracted by interest from trophy contenders. Tevez is starting to carry this West Ham side and, loved as he is, he's going to want to make the next step sooner or later.

If and when he does leave try not to forget how lucky you were to get him in the first place ok

Well that is for sure, to have him just for a season has been great, and whenever he leaves, he will always be loved by our fans and we would understand a player of his calibre will want to play at the highest level.

It would be nice to get to have him for another season or two though.
