THE CORINI SHOW!!! Empty THE CORINI SHOW!!!

Post by Pirlo Sun May 20, 2007 2:56 pm

    Laughing <Ale>

Another maestro performance from the ancient wizard.

    A typical tremendous free-kick.

Seconds later he almost repeated it, only denied by a great save from Manninger.

Then he sets Palermo up for a great chance for a second - his set piece and corner delivery has been magnificent.

    BERLUSCONI-GALLIANI: BUY! BUY! BUY!

2-0 Palermo at half-time, Caracciolo scored an amazing smash from 25 yards. Empoli though are winning, looks like the race for those UEFA placings in going to go to the last weekend of the season!

Parma still drawing, Reggina getting thumped by Empoli, Siena losing, Catania drawing - does nobody want to stay up!!!??? Yikes

    Corini is class !

Cant believe the Amaranto are geting hammered, they dont deserve to go down but its not looking good with Milan next weekend. Saying that Siena have Lazio and Catania and Chievo go head to head so its not over till the fat lady sings.

Yes, Corini is class, always rated him. Is Amauri leaving? We are told Palermo are monitoring Hernan Rengifo. In fact, some reports indicate Palermo already got their man. Rengifo is top scorer in Peru's leading team San Martin. <Ale>

Palermo got Cavani, another fantastic young prospect. Any chance of Mancio? <Ale> Palermo now have some good young talents, more Italian sides are bringing over young South American talents. Milan got Grimi, now they want Pato, but i hear that Pato has to improve a lot as his form has been suffering?

As for Rengifo, i havn't heard anything, but maybe you know more of the deal because you are our man in Brooklyn! You must send some quality Peruvians to Sicily! <Ale>

Amauri, some big sides will be in for him, he's strong, athletic, holds the ball up brilliantly, creates and scores, he's a big 'presence' for a team, Milan could do with the physical presence of an Amauri or a Iaquinta.

Oh alright Pirlo! Just wanted to know what's the word on your side of the pond. By the way, how was Juan Vargas first season at Catania? I only saw him play in a handful of games, and he seemed to be getting more comfortable with each passing game. There are speculations that he may go to a bigger club. Last I heard, Rafa and Liverpool were tracking him. <Ale>
