The thing is, would you have given the f@ck if id have said any other palyer apart from ronaldo.
You seem to be under the misguided impression that you're on a crusade to protect the interests of Man Utd players...
Considering Ronaldo is the main free kick taker for the best side in England, one would expect him to be good at them but he isn't. Thus, i felt it would not be out of order and worthwhile in remarking on the fact.
Sadly, i seem to have annoyed you and i apologise.

Ronaldo's long range shooting is pretty poor tbh. That's his major weakness imo.

Still can't believe people just forget henry after one bad season. Henry > V.Persie, though V.Persie is more stylish.

Funny how parky reacts when someone criticises a united player but is always on the look out for the slightest opportunity to criticise other players( henry, lampard, gerrard stc).

You're lucky you only said cronaldo isn't very good at free-kicks, if you'd said scholes you'd really get it Wink

maybe not but you did follow up with:

He hasn't said cronaldo is the worst. Since cronaldo and RVP are often compared he just noted that cronaldo was not very good at that particular part of his game. Cronaldo is one of the best exponents of "winning" a free-kick (biggest diver) if that's any help to you?

Because of the way he reacted.

I know Ronaldo is a poor free kick taker, I've often said Giggs should take the close one's.

I just saw no point in the comment he made and the reason you are now making a big deal of it.

Also if cronaldo is supposedly the best player in the world this year, people might mention him randomly when talking about any aspect of football.

Henry's pretty good, he almost always hits or gets very close to the target. Xabi Alonso is also very accurate with free kicks where he floats the ball in, not necessarily a direct shot on goal.

In theory Iniesta should be a fabulous set piece taker, because his passing is so fabulously accurate, not neccesarily on the shooting side but delivery from free kicks and corners should be top draw, in theory.

But he's so short he probably can't even look over the wall Razz

You could be right though, but with Xavi/Deco taking corners or indirect free kicks, and Ronaldinho taking the direct ones (with Marquez also an option), Iniesta doesn't get many chances.

tevez isnt bad. ballack is better than Lampard (see super curler in fa cup i think it was). Solano is handy too but cant remember him scoring one this season. giggs is probably better than ronaldo too. certainly from close range: ronaldo has been watching too many lampard videos on how to take freekicks, who in turn learnt his special art from roberto carlos.
Juninho is the best in world though, followed closely by becks and del piero.
